Our name expresses everything the great sport of rugby has taught and come to mean to me.

I love the rugby world, in all of its beautiful complexity and never-ending potential. I wanted the name to be an ode to the sport and demonstrate that the principles and values the game reinforces are applicable to all aspects of life. 

Life takes effort, determination, perserverance and resilience. But what use is all of it, if we don't breathe energy into what we are passionate about, switch things up, adapt, and most importantly, find joy in what we do.
